Refund policy

We put in immense hard work & love into each piece that is created at our Feel Good Studio.We also ensure that each piece is thoroughly inspected for any defect before dispatching it to our valued customers. However, once in a blue moon, things don't go as planned and in such cases we happily help our customers get the perfect garment. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchange for Cushy seats, Cushion Covers, Garments that have no defect, Table Linen & Curtains that have no defect and Fabric that has no defect.

EXCHANGE POLICY:To initiate an exchange, you will have to notify us within 2 days after receiving the product at thefeelgoodstudio7@gmail.com. If a product is damaged, please share the pictures of the damaged product, if possible.We take maximum 48 hours to revert. After that, you are requested to send the product back (with all the tags& labels intact) to our warehouse at the below mentioned address:
The Feel Good Studio, 39, Deputy Ganj,
Near Chaturvedi pathology lab, Moradabad-244001, Uttar Pradesh.
Once the product is received , kindly allow us 2 days to inspect it and initiate the exchange process if no wear & tear is found.
Please note that the product will be eligible for return or exchange, only if it is defective or of the wrong size.
Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.
We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces. Fabric that has no defect is also not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS:In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products. We do not accept return requests for the pack of Boxers (unless we have sent a damaged product).
All products purchased from The Feel Good Studio except boxers and nightwear shorts, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The refund amount will be credited back 48 hours after your product is received at our warehouse mentioned above but it will reflect within 21 working days
